MAREA was born from a single conviction — that the Gulf of Mexico deserves its own fine dining story. Our kitchen takes its cues from what is pulled from the water each morning, filtered through a classical culinary sensibility shaped on the Mediterranean coast.

Our Philosophy
We work with a small circle of local fishermen, farmers, and foragers who share our obsession with quality. Nothing on the menu travels more than 200 miles to reach your plate.

Chef's Table
For up to eight guests, the Chef's Table is a private audience with the kitchen. A bespoke tasting menu — courses chosen for you by Chef Diego Rios — unfolds over four hours in full view of the pass.

Our cellar spans four continents and nine decades of vintages. Our sommelier curates seasonal pairings to complement each night's menu — or guide you through our full selection at your leisure.
Private Dining
The Bellini Room accommodates up to 30 guests for seated dinners, 50 for cocktail receptions. Ideal for corporate dinners, milestone celebrations, and intimate weddings.
